I have a feeling that you're a small business owner and you know your ideal clients are on LinkedIn. But even though you’re active on the platform, you’re not getting the leads you need to grow your business. Many small business owners assume that success on LinkedIn is all about gaining followers and engagement, yet the true measure of LinkedIn success is attracting quality leads.
My Leads on LinkedIn program is designed to help you do just that—find more clients and build a reliable, repeatable system for generating leads on LinkedIn.
My Background and Experience
I’ve been using LinkedIn for more than a decade, both in my work with nonprofits and in growing my own business. In 2014, I founded a nonprofit called SODA: Student Organ Donation Advocates. We had big goals but little funding, so I got creative, relying on email and LinkedIn to connect with potential partners, funders, and students. Through sending thousands of messages and crafting hundreds of attention-grabbing posts, I figured out how to get responses, engage our community, and get visible.
These strategies made a significant impact. Over the past 10 years, SODA has established partnerships with nearly every national organ donation organization and expanded to 100 chapters nationwide. Further, the organization raised nearly $1.5 million.
When I started my own coaching business, I used these same LinkedIn strategies to grow quickly—generating more than 300 leads and 100 invoices in my first six months, securing speaking invitations, and receiving daily inquiries, sign-ups, and referrals. To date, I’ve helped more than 80 consultants and service providers transform their LinkedIn presence into a valuable asset for their business.
Why I Created the Leads on LinkedIn Program
In working with small business owners, I noticed many were using LinkedIn inconsistently and without a plan. They often felt frustrated, believing LinkedIn success meant more followers and likes when, in reality, it’s about generating leads. Without a clear strategy, they wasted hours without seeing results.
I created Leads on LinkedIn to offer business owners a practical, actionable approach that cuts through the clutter and helps you generate 30 leads in 30 days. By providing a step-by-step plan, you will spend less time on LinkedIn while seeing growth in your client pipeline.
(Side note: I'll never tell you to post 5x a week on LinkedIn. Learn why here.)
Leads on LinkedIn Milestones and Features
The Leads on LinkedIn program is a 1:1, two-month coaching experience designed for small business owners who know their ideal clients are on LinkedIn but don’t yet have a reliable way to turn LinkedIn activity into leads.
The program is structured around six core milestones, so you’ll know exactly what to focus on at each stage:
Milestones:
Create a lead list: know exactly who's in your pipeline and when to follow up with them
Pre-schedule a month of posts: draft 8 engaging posts that resonate with your audience’s needs and goals.
Send 30 DMs: build connections through authentic, non-salesy messages that foster real relationships.
Capture your strategy: record your customized LinkedIn strategy so you can replicate success going forward.
Schedule another month of posts: draft another 8 engaging posts as you get into a habit of regularly pre-scheduling content.
Send another 30 DMs: build more connections, and strengthen existing ones, by starting conversations.
Features:
Actionable curriculum: learn the precise strategies to get leads on LinkedIn through my pre-recorded video modules so you know exactly what actions to take.
Template library: access ready-made templates for posts and direct messages so you can take action quickly and without staring at a blank screen.
1:1 Calls: get personal, hour-long calls after you complete your lead list (Milestone 1) and after capturing your strategy on the cheat sheet (Milestone 4).
1:1 Email Support: ask questions, clarify steps, and get help whenever you need it.
1:1 Unlimited critiques: Get two-day turnaround critiques on your posts and direct messages so you always feel confident hitting "post" or "send".
Weekly Accountability: stay on track with regular check-ins and results tracking.

Common Misconceptions About Using LinkedIn for Lead Generation
Many small business owners overcomplicate lead generation on LinkedIn. Here are some common misconceptions:
You need to post 5x a week on LinkedIn: it’s better to post quality content that resonates with your audience than to post frequently without purpose.
(Read why you don't need to post 5x a week here.)
You need complex LinkedIn strategies: newsletters and LinkedIn Lives have their place, but they aren’t necessary for generating leads. We’ll focus on straightforward, high-ROI activities.
(Read more about what a LinkedIn strategy is here.)
You need to spend an hour a day on LinkedIn: results come from consistency and smart strategy, not time spent. My program teaches you to focus on the most effective actions without draining hours each day.
(Read how to spend less time on LinkedIn and still get leads here.)
